本文研究气相色谱/质谱联用仪检测白酒中甲醇主要目的就是希望能够创建白酒气相色谱/质谱联用仪联用检测方法。在研究中本文所使用的研究方法为:高弹石英毛细管柱,提高整个程序温度,进而使用EI源SIM模式检测,实验样品在经过脱水处理之后,需要注入一定数量的GC-MA。在对于气相色谱/质谱联用仪检测白酒中甲醇的方法实验结果为:这个检测方法在实际应用中所得到的结果与实际结果之间误差小于10%,加加标回收率超高95%,最少能够检测2ng样品质量。因此可以发现,气相色谱/质谱联用仪检测白酒中甲醇方法在实际应用中灵敏性及速度都要远远超过其他检测方法,满足实验对于监测方法的需求。
In this paper, the main purpose of GC / MS in the detection of methanol in liquor is to create a new method for the simultaneous detection of methanol and GC in liquor. The research methods used in this study were: high-elastic quartz capillary column to improve the overall program temperature, and then use EI source SIM mode detection, the experimental sample after dehydration, the need to inject a certain amount of GC-MA. The experimental results of gas chromatography / mass spectrometry for the determination of methanol in liquor are as follows: the error between the results obtained in this method and the actual results is less than 10%, the recovery of plus standard is 95% Can detect at least 2 ng of sample quality. Therefore, it can be found that the sensitivity and speed of GC / MS in the detection of methanol in liquor are far more than those of other detection methods to meet the experimental requirements for monitoring methods.
