风湿性心脏病是常见病和多发病,在各种器质性心脏病中居第一位(据国内资料为40～50％);多发生于青少年,导至患者早年丧失劳动力,同时死亡率亦高。过去,对风湿性心脏的治疗报导较少。无产阶级文化大革命以来,在毛主席无产阶级革命路线指引下,新针疗法为心血管疾病开创了一条崭新的道路。经过几年来的推广、实践、提高,全国各地积累了不少的经验,并在理论上探索有所成就。我院从1970年开展用新针为主的综合疗法治疗风湿性心脏病,经过两年多来的观察、体会如下。
