长江水库是中山市最大的水库,其库容约占全市水库山塘总库客的55%,是全市最重要的备用水源。目前库区生态村树种单调,松类占绝大多数,加上10多年来的松突园蚧的危害,速成库区森林林份质量差,生态功能低,未能充分发挥森林应有的保持水土、涵养水源的功能。有的地方出现大水沟、大崩岗等,水库水质受到了一定污染。为此,市政府决定投入2730万元,对长江水库库区海拔25～525m(珠基)范围内的3226.3hm~2全
