当前的艺术设计教育方式培养的学生与产业需求出现错位,缺少专业、合格的设计师,“设计匠人”和“艺术家”并存。文章从近几年设计专业的毕业生在工作中碰到的实际问题出发,结合市场,从现在艺术教育的方式入手,分析刚毕业的设计师的核心竞争力得不到提高的深层原因,讨论艺术设计教育与市场需求之间的一些结合点,提供一些培养合格设计师的方法。
The current art and design education mode fosters the disagreement between students and industry needs, lack of professional and qualified designers, coexistence of “designer craftsman ” and “artist ”. This article starts with the practical problems encountered by the graduates in the design field in recent years, and combines with the market. Starting from the present artistic education mode, this article analyzes the deep reason why the newly graduated designers’ core competence can not be improved, Some of the points of convergence between art design education and market needs provide some ways to develop a competent designer.
