中国金屑学会于1999年2月9～10日在北京召开了六届三次常务理事会会议。会议听取了秘书长仲增墉同志关于学会1998年工作总结、1999年工作要点和学会改革问题的汇报;听取了副秘书长姚祥宸同志关于学会1998年财务报告,修改《章程》及增补或变更理事、常务理事,接纳团体会员议案的说明。与会同志对学会的工作和有关议案进行了认真的讨论和审议,并着重讨论了学会在改革的新形势下的工作目标、方向和任务等问题。
China Gold Chip Society held its third meeting of the sixth standing board of directors in Beijing from February 9 to February 9, 1999.
