本文评价三阶梯止痛药路素片对49例晚期癌症重度疼痛的临床疗效。采用连云港路坦制药有限公司制造的路泰片，每片30mg，60～180mg／d，12小时口服一次、用药2周。结果：49例中，38例肿瘤局部，内脏及软组织转移性疼痛、镇痛总有效率为94．7％，显效率为81．5％，有效率为13．1％；而11例癌性骨病用低剂量镇痛效果较差，当日剂量增至240mg时，镇痛总有效率、显效率，有效率分别为72．7％、27．2％、45．5％。其不良反应依次为便秘，恶心、呕吐、头晕、嗜睡及排尿困难。本品对呼吸、血压无明显影响。证明路泰片治疗重度癌性疼痛疗效肯定，毒性反应低。
This article evaluates the clinical efficacy of the three-step painkiller tablet in 49 patients with advanced cancer with severe pain. Lu Tai Road, Lianyungang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. manufactured Luetai tablets, each tablet 30mg, 60 ~ 180mg / d, 12 hours orally, medication for 2 weeks. Results: Of the 49 cases, 38 cases had local, visceral and soft tissue metastatic pain, the total effective rate of analgesia was 94.7%, the effective rate was 81.5% and the effective rate was 13.1% Bone disease with low-dose analgesic effect is poor, the day dose increased to 240mg, the total effective rate of analgesia, significant efficiency, effective rates were 72.7%, 27.2%, 45.5%. The adverse reactions followed by constipation, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, drowsiness and dysuria. This product has no obvious effect on respiration and blood pressure. Lu Road tablets proved to be effective in treating severe cancer pain with low toxicity.
