本文分析了一起液化石油气铜瓶爆裂事故,对断口部位进行了金相和电镜分析,发现钢瓶失效的主要原因是存在严重的焊接缺陷——未熔合及焊接工艺制定不合理。
In this paper, we analyze a burst of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) copper bottle and analyze the fracture site by metallographic and electron microscopy. It is found that the main reason for failure of the cylinder is the existence of serious welding defects - unfused and improperly developed welding process.
