设计单斗液压挖掘机工作装置的主要任务是选择各构件(动臂斗柄和铲斗)的尺寸。在满足挖掘机使用的主要工作参数的情况下,尽可能降低金属的消耗量,并保证挖掘机在各种土方工程中作业时能发挥最大效率。一般挖掘机工作装置构件长度的选择是采用试样图解法来解决的。但用这种方法来选择各种不同类型的工作装置显得很不方便。如果能确定挖掘机工作装置的构件尺寸与主要几何参数之间的函数关系,那末其问题的解决就容易了。利用这种函数关系还可以在一定条件下求出其它的有关参数。
