Pie-3-HCl是新合成的呱嗪类药物,本实验观察其对正常大鼠,自发性高血压大鼠的降压作用及血液动力学的影响,并对降压机制进行了研究。 方法与结果 一、对正常麻醉大白鼠血压的影响: 大鼠10只,均分两组,分别iv Pie-3-HCl 2.5及5 mg/kg,以生理盐水作自身对照,结果表明,两两个剂量组的Pie-3-HCl均可使收缩压和舒张压显著降低,2.5 mg/kg组给药10及20 min时收缩压分别下降29.7%和27.2%,舒张压分别下降40.7%和43.9%,降压同时心率减慢。
