2001年,湖南省劳动卫生职业病防治所(以下简称职防)建立了全省各级职防机构基本信息管理系统,系统中一项重要内容是:省、市州二级职防机构每年所发生的重大事件如实上报到省,简称“大事记”。经过不断完善,到2006年这一系统已成熟。根据2006-2010年“大事记”中所记录的各级职防机构所发生事件,按照其性质进行了整理和分类,在此提出有关问题与同行们进行探讨,以利政府部门对职业卫生提供科学决策
