无公害蔬菜是指无农药残留,无重金属污染的蔬菜。近年来,随着蔬菜生产的发展,耕作制度的改变,保护地面积的扩大,蔬菜病虫的发生发展日趋严重,菜农为了确保丰产丰收,使用化学农药的量日益增多。造成商品菜严重污染,直接影响人民群众的身体健康。为此天津市组成了一个教学、科研、推广三结合的联合体,研究生产无公害蔬
