猫叫综合病征或称猫泣综合征是一先天性疾病。系第5号染色体短臂缺失。它是以生后有如猫仔叫样的哭声为特征,并伴有许多其它先天畸形的一组较少见的病征。文献中最早记载并将本征命名为猫叫综合病征的是Lejeune氏等(1963)。
