本研究旨在预测CAD的早发危险性,同时检测和比较多项血脂指标及其相互关系,明确其判别价值。选择经冠脉造影证实的小于60岁的男性冠心病(CAD)患者321例(50±7岁),与901例(49±6岁)临床上无CAD者对比。酶法测定血浆总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和HDL-C,LDL-C据Frie-dewald方法计算,ELISA法测定 apo A-I、B、Lp(a)血浆浓度。
The purpose of this study was to predict the early onset risk of CAD, to detect and compare multiple blood lipid markers and their correlations, and to clarify their discriminatory value. 321 patients (50 ± 7 years) with coronary artery disease (CAD) less than 60 years of age who were confirmed by coronary angiography were selected and compared with 901 patients (49 ± 6 years) with no clinical evidence of CAD.
