This paper analyzes and summarizes the implementation of the Guiding Principles for Variety Protection of Traditional Chinese Medicines during the review and gives a preliminary discussion on the specific meanings of the protective properties of the first breeds and provides reference for the declaration of the protection of traditional Chinese medicinal products by the manufacturing enterprises.
