一般认为,Ba_2Y_1Cu_3O_(6.5+x)体系具有超导性质是与Cu~(3+)存在有关,Cu~(3+)含量(2x/3·100%)可由x值来确定。由于氧原子体积较大,难以通过进一步增大x值来提高Cu~(3+)的含量,因此它们之间的依赖关系无法进行深入的了解。本文通过Ba_2Y_1Cu_3O_(6.9)吸氟作用,在氧空位处引入体积较小且电负性大的氟原子,以便较大范围地增加Cu~(3+)的含量,这一方法为研究依赖关系提供途径。
