这么多年站在教育的一线,我深深的知道自己的身上有那么重的责任,做人的工作是最难的工作,尤其是花季的少男和少女,在成长路上的一程,可能是终生的影响。不能不作为,还要讲究方法和分寸。对于学生来讲,智力不是最重要的,比智力重要的是意志,比意志重要的是胸怀,比胸怀还重要的是一个人的品德。而教师的人文素养和品德修养也在潜移默化中影响着学生。我想与大家分享的我的一点浅薄的见解,在班主任工作中对学生要有一种教育的初衷——就是人心向善的教育
For so many years standing on the front line of education, I deeply know that I have such a heavy responsibility, a man’s job is the hardest job, especially the young boys and girls in the growing road, a journey may be lifelong influences. Can not fail, but also pay attention to the method and sense of proportion. For students, intelligence is not the most important. It is more important than intelligence. It is more important than intelligence. It is more important than mind to be a person’s morality. The humanities and moral character of teachers also influence the students in a subtle way. I want to share with you my little superficial insights and give the students an initial education in their work as a teacher
