在我们国家经济与社会快速发展的过程中,工会工作的开展质量,对保障职工的基本权利,促进社会经济发展有着重要的意义。在新的社会背景下,工会工作要遵循以人为本,服务为先的基本理念,在现有工作举措的基础上,通过有效的措施来创新工会工作的机制,提升工会工作对事业单位的服务质量。因此,本文结合工会工作实际,就工会工作服务意识的提升与开展策略展开了研究。
In the process of rapid economic and social development in our country, the quality of trade union work is of great significance for safeguarding the basic rights of workers and promoting social and economic development. Under the new social background, the work of trade unions must follow the basic concept of “people-oriented and service-first”, innovate the mechanism of trade union work through effective measures and improve the service quality of public service organizations on the basis of existing work initiatives. Therefore, this article, combined with the actual work of the trade unions, conducted a study on the promotion and development of the service consciousness of the trade unions.
