分析了高速电弧涂层的结合强度、涂层显微硬度以及涂层孔隙率 ,并与普通电弧喷涂涂层对比 ,证明喷涂粒子飞行速度的提高 ,极大提高了涂层性能
The bonding strength of high-speed arc coating, microhardness of coating and porosity of coating were analyzed and compared with that of common arc spraying coating, the spraying speed of spraying particles was improved and the coating performance was greatly improved
