扁桃体挤切术时,严格选择适应证、迅速敏捷的手术技巧是提高手术效果的基础。现将735例儿童扁桃体挤切术的体会报告如下。一般资料735例中男418例,女317例。最大13岁,最小2岁。2～5岁101例,6～10岁349例,11～13岁285例。病程最长8年,最短1年。适应证的选择病灶扁桃体一定要切除,否则影响儿童健康成长。我们认为以下几种情况可手术:1.肝炎恢复期:指肝功能恢复正常者。2.肾盂肾炎恢复期:指尿常规基本恢
