作者研究了从事铜、锌和铅生产工人齿龈的病理形态学变化,检查了52例工人,其中铜矿工人13例,铅矿工人17例,炼铜厂工人16例,炼锌厂工人6例。年龄在20~29岁者12例,30~39岁者23例,40~49岁者17例。工龄5年以下者11例,6~10年者20例,11~20年者21例。因牙周病作齿龈切除术或拔牙术时切取牙间齿龈乳头,制成石蜡切片进行组织学捡查。结果表明,长期遭受铜、锌和铅金属粉尘危害的工人,齿龈上皮明显增厚,主要是棘状层和角化层变厚。间质循环障碍,血管扩张,组织充血水肿,有灶性淋巴细胞、浆细胞、巨噬细胞和分叶核白细胞浸润。有些人粘膜上皮营养障碍,上皮萎缩,间质硬化,有粉尘颗粒沉积。经过全身和局部综合治疗以后齿龈颜
The authors studied the pathological changes in the gingiva of workers in copper, zinc and lead production and examined 52 workers, of whom 13 were copper miner, 17 were lead miner, 16 were copper miner, 6 were zinc miner .
