1 引言层燃锅炉隔烟墙主要有耐火砖砌筑及耐火混凝土浇筑两种形式,一般布置在后烟箱中部或对流管束中部。布置隔烟墙的目的是使炉膛出来的高温烟气按照所规定的烟气回程依次冲刷各对流受热面,降低烟气温度,从而提高锅炉出力和热效率。但在锅炉实际运行时,隔烟墙是否能按所设想的那样切实发挥作用,使烟气按规定的回程走呢?如果不是这样,将会产生怎样的危害?以及为什么会出现隔烟墙故障。下面就这一问题来进行详尽的分析。
1 Introduction Flame-retardant boiler smoke walls are mainly refractory brick masonry and refractory concrete pouring two forms, generally arranged in the middle of the smoke box or convection tube middle. The purpose of arranging the partition wall is to make the high-temperature flue gas coming out of the furnace flush the convection heating surfaces in turn according to the specified flue gas return stroke so as to lower the flue gas temperature so as to improve the boiler output and the thermal efficiency. However, during the actual operation of the boiler, can the partition wall actually function as intended so that the flue gas can be returned as intended? If so, what will happen and what will happen to the partition wall? . Below for a detailed analysis of this issue.
