来采高效液相色谱法快速测定空气中的苯并(a)芘。样品用环己烷超声波提取后,再用KD浓缩器浓缩。该法灵敏度高,再现性好,简便快速。适合于环境空气中苯并(a)芘的测定,同时也适用于污染源和水中苯并(a)芘的测定。
Rapid extraction of benzo (a) pyrene in air by high performance liquid chromatography. The sample was extracted with cyclohexane and then concentrated with a KD concentrator. The method of high sensitivity, reproducibility, easy and fast. It is suitable for the determination of benzo (a) pyrene in ambient air and also for the determination of benzo (a) pyrene in sources of pollution and water.
