为了研究农村基础教育,笔者通过“国家特岗计划”从2012年至2016年,连续5年在宁夏回族自治区某农村小学开展了田野调研。在这期间,笔者对5年内进入该校的21名新教师和对周边3所学校16名新教师,通过访谈、生活跟踪、课堂观察、实地查看、实物收集等方式,对这37名新教师的开展研究,最终发现农村新教师专业发展普遍存在以下问题:新教师知识有待提高,新教师职业倦怠有待解决,新教师专业发展系统有待完善等。
In order to study basic education in rural areas, the author conducted field research in a rural primary school in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region for five consecutive years from 2012 to 2016 through the “National Special Gang Project”. During this period, I interviewed 21 new teachers who entered the school in 5 years and 16 new teachers in 3 surrounding schools. Through interviews, life tracking, classroom observation, field observation and physical collection, the 37 new teachers Finally, we found that the following problems exist in the professional development of new teachers in rural areas: the knowledge of new teachers needs to be improved, the job burnout of new teachers needs to be solved, and the professional development system of new teachers needs to be improved.
