为纪念中国少年先锋队建队60周年,使广大少先队员了解少先队的光荣历史,学习少先队基本知识,体验做一名少先队员的光荣感和责任感,辽宁省少工委与新少年杂志社联合发起开展“红领巾与光荣同行”——纪念中国少年先锋队建队60周年读队刊知识竞赛活动。
