读了齐连池、陈浙闽两位同志关于民主集中制问题的讨论文章(见中央党校《党校科研信息》第2期、17期),很受启发,也由此引起我对这个问题的一点思考。现谈谈我对民主与集中的关系的一些看法,以供讨论。 我认为,探讨民主与集中的关系,不能脱离开民主集中制这个特定的前提。如果脱离开这个特定的前提,只一般地看民主与集中,就会因为民主与集中之间不能构成一对矛盾
Having read the articles on the discussion of democratic centralism by two comrades of QiLiZhi and ChenZe-min (see “Scientific Research Information of the Party School of the Central Party School” No.2, 17), I was very inspired and caused me to give some thought to this issue . Let me talk about some of my views on the relationship between democracy and concentration for discussion. In my opinion, the discussion on the relationship between democracy and concentration can not be divorced from the specific premise of democratic centralism. If we deviate from this specific premise and look at democracy and concentration only in general, we will not find a contradiction between democracy and concentration
