Please implement them in earnest. The institutional establishment of primary and secondary schools is an important component of the establishment of our country’s business institutions. Formulating scientific standards for the establishment of teaching staff in primary and secondary schools and implementing measures, and rationally verifying the establishment of teaching staff in primary and secondary schools are directly related to the sound development of basic education in our province. According to the “Administrative Measures for the Establishment of Institutions for Primary and Secondary Schools in Heilongjiang Province,” the province has approved 258,258 teachers and staff in primary and secondary schools (see attached table).
