随着大学生村官规模的不断增长,大学生村官队伍建设存在明显的滞后性。构建大学生村官队伍建设的有效措施体系并纳入基层党组织建设的“总规划”是一项紧迫任务。
With the continuous growth of the size of college students village officials, there is a clear lag in the construction of university student village officers. It is an urgent task to set up an effective system of measures for the construction of college graduate village ranks and incorporate them into the “master plan” of the construction of grass-roots party organizations.
