目的:探讨超声雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿大叶肺炎的临床价值。方法:将我院2011年7月-2014年3月收治的186例小儿大叶肺炎患者进行随机平均分组治疗,对照组单纯使用静脉滴注和口服抗生素的方式进行治疗,实验组引入超声雾化吸入的方式进行辅助治疗,观察患儿咳痰、咳嗽、肺部干、湿啰音的情况,对两组患儿治疗后的临床疗效进行比较。结果:采用两种不同的方式对患儿治疗,实验组总体有效率92.47%显著高于对照组77.42%。结论:超声雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿大叶肺炎具有较好的临床效果,可有效提高单纯静脉滴注和口服抗生素治疗小儿大叶肺炎的有效率,该方法可在临床上进一步推广和应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of ultrasonic atomization inhalation in the treatment of pediatric lobar pneumonia. Methods: A total of 186 patients with pediatric lobar pneumonia admitted from July 2011 to March 2014 in our hospital were randomly assigned to treatment group. The control group was treated with intravenous drip and oral antibiotics alone. The experimental group was given ultrasonic atomization Inhalation of the way of adjuvant treatment, observation of children with sputum, cough, dry lungs, wet rales, the clinical efficacy of the two groups of children were compared after treatment. Results: The treatment of children with two different ways, the experimental group overall effective rate 92.47% was significantly higher than the control group 77.42%. Conclusion: Ultrasonic nebulization assisted the treatment of Pediatric pneumonia with good clinical results, which can effectively improve the efficiency of simple intravenous infusion and oral antibiotic treatment of pediatric pneumonia, the method can be further popularized and applied in clinic.
