原儿茶醛(Protocatechualdehyde)是冬青科植物四季青和鼠尾草属植物丹参等的活性成分,有抑制血小板聚集和增加冠脉流量作用。原儿茶醛的抑制血小板聚集作用与血小板内CAMP代谢无关,与抑制血小板内5-HT释放呈平行关系。本文报道原儿茶醛对血小板膜脂质流动性影响的结果。
Protocatechualdehyde (Protocatechualdehyde) is a holly branch of Silygium and Salvia, Salvia and other active ingredients, inhibit platelet aggregation and increase coronary flow. Protocatechualdehyde inhibition of platelet aggregation and platelet CAMP metabolism has nothing to do with the inhibition of platelet 5-HT release in parallel. This article reports the effect of protocatechuic aldehyde on platelet membrane lipid fluidity.
