支气管哮喘发病率约占人口2％。目前有关哮喘发病机理的研究已有显著进展,但治疗方面多局限于控制症状,尚无根治方法。哮喘发作的诱因之一是精神因素,如情绪波动、精神紧张,甚至大笑亦可导致发作。有人提出哮喘疾病是呼吸系统心身的代表疾病。笔者对哮喘病人进行A型行为的调查,以探讨哮喘与A型行为的相关性,目的在于进一步对心因进行治疗,可望改善哮喘症状和减少发作。
The incidence of bronchial asthma accounts for about 2% of the population. The current research on the pathogenesis of asthma has made significant progress, but the treatment is mostly limited to the control of symptoms, there is no radical method. One of the causes of asthma attacks is mental factors, such as mood swings, stress, and even laughter can also lead to attacks. It has been suggested that asthma is a sign of heart and body respiratory system. The author of A-type asthma patients behavior survey to explore the relationship between asthma and type A behavior, the purpose is to further the treatment of psychosocial factors, is expected to improve the symptoms of asthma and reduce the attack.
