本工作将Bi_2Pb_(0.5)Sr_2Ca_4Cu_5O_x非晶基材在流通氧气氛中长期保温,获得了达到测量其多种物理性能的尺寸的纤维晶体。用SEM观察了晶纤的形貌,用X射线衍射和电子衍射及电子探针和配有能谱的扫描电镜分别研究了纤维晶体结构及成分。用AC7000交流磁化率计研究纤维的超导电性。
In this work, the amorphous Bi 2 Pb 0.5 Sr 2 Ca 4 Cu 5 O x amorphous material was kept in the flowing oxygen atmosphere for a long time, and the size of the obtained fiber crystal was measured to reach its various physical properties. The morphology of the fiber was observed by SEM. The crystal structure and composition of the fiber were studied by X-ray diffraction, electron diffraction, electron probe and energy dispersive scanning electron microscope. Study on superconductivity of fiber with AC7000 AC magnetic susceptibility meter.
