我班幼儿值日生工作做得不错,他们不仅能自己打扫卫生,而且饭后端菜盘、碗筷,扫地,擦桌子,连玩具橱也整理得干干净净,我呢,往往在一边“指手划脚”地指挥,先干这个,再干那个,干完了,就来一通表扬:×××小朋友真勤劳,真爱劳动,真像值日生。今天和平时一样,我坐在椅子上指点幼儿劳动,突然周敏捷小朋友冒出这么一句话:“老师,你不是说劳动最光荣吗?那你为什么不来劳动呢?”我一时无言以对,只好说,“对对,现在就和你们一起干。”今天的值日工作做得更欢了。
