国家的“九五”计划和2010年远景目标规划,描绘了中华民族腾飞的跨世纪蓝图。把这个蓝图变成现实,关键在于执政党的领导核心作用是否发挥和执政地位是否巩固。在宏伟远景目标刚起步的关键时期,江泽民同志一再强调党的领导干部一定要讲政治,时刻保持政治上的清醒和坚定的问题。这无疑具有很强的现实意义和深远的历史意义。而要做到坚定政治方向,站稳政治立场,保持清醒的头脑。笔者认为,必须着力解决好四个方面的问题。
The “Nine-Five” plan of the country and the long-term goal plan for 2010 depict the cross-century blueprint for the rise of the Chinese nation. The key to turning this blueprint into reality is whether the leadership role of the ruling party is to be exploited and whether the ruling position is to be consolidated. In the crucial period when the grand vision has just started, Comrade Jiang Zemin has repeatedly stressed that the party’s leading cadres must talk about politics and always maintain a clear and resolute political agenda. This undoubtedly has very strong practical significance and far-reaching historical significance. To achieve a firm political orientation, however, it should maintain its political stance and keep a clear head. In my opinion, we must make efforts to solve the problems in four aspects.
