我厂电渣重熔冶炼高强度合金钢所用底水箱导电板为长1500mm、宽1200mm、厚22mm的紫铜板。在冶炼过程中常常被电弧击伤,出现直径大约100mm,深度不一的凹坑。通过手工电弧焊修复,装配后进行50MPa水压试验,均未出现渗漏现象,重新投入使用效果良好。其修复时补焊工艺如下: (1)用扁铲和手砂轮将缺陷处的钢与紫铜混合金属清除干净,直至露出纯净母材。 (2)选用φ5mm的T107焊条,焊前在200~250℃烘干、保温1~2h,随用随取。 (3)采用焦炭炉进行预热,将铜板水平
