2016年医改工作总的考虑是坚持保基本、强基层、建机制、补短板、兜底限;坚持医疗、医保、医药联动改革,同时着眼未来五年医改的整体部署,突出前瞻性。随着医改深化,各项配套政策出台,医药行业所受影响深远,短期内医疗费用支出将受到控制,进而影响到医药行业效益增长;中长期在政策推动下,企业优胜劣汰,行业整体升级在望。
In 2016, the overall consideration of health care reform is to maintain basic, strong grassroots, build mechanisms, fill short boards, and limit pockets; adhere to the reform of medical, medical insurance, and pharmaceutical linkages, and look at the overall deployment of health care reform in the next five years, and highlight forward-looking. With the deepening of medical reforms and the introduction of various supporting policies, the pharmaceutical industry has been far-reaching. In the short term, medical expenses will be controlled, which will in turn affect the growth of the pharmaceutical industry.
