提到学习与培训,有不得不提一个人,他就是ISPI-China副主席顾立民先生。他是著名学习与培训专家、中文CPT(Career Personality Test,职业个性测评系统)审查官、CPT第一人。他是中国绩效改进技术的引路人,对HPT(Human Performance Technology,人类绩效技术)引入中国,为国际绩效改进协会中国分会的成立做出了不可磨灭的贡献。我们有幸采访了顾立民先生,并了解到HPT的缘起及其在中国的发展历程。他的睿智、幽默以及为绩效改进事业所作出的贡献都令人赞叹不已。
When it comes to learning and training, I have to mention one person. He is Mr. Gu Limin, vice president of ISPI-China. He is a famous learning and training expert, the Chinese CPT (Career Personality Test) examiner, CPT first person. He is a guide for China’s performance improvement technology and introduced HPT (Human Performance Technology) into China. It has made an indelible contribution to the establishment of the China Association for International Performance Improvement. We have the honor to interview Mr. Gu Limin and understand the origin of HPT and its development in China. His wisdom, humor, and contribution to the cause of performance improvement are all impressive.
