自1989～1993年以来,我们对临床诊断为慢性上颌窦炎和行普通X线平片检查提示有窦内病变者共124例,进行碘剂造影,并据造影结果进行上颌窦手术的30例术中所见进行对照分析,借以探讨碘剂上颌窦造影对上颌窦手术适应证选择的价值.
