目的编制并评价新医改后医务人员工作满意度量表。方法按照量表研制的步骤制定量表。调查广州市230名医务人员的工作满意度,分析其信效度。结果量表由5个维度共35个条目组成。量表回收率97.8%;条目总缺失率3.4%;总克朗巴哈系数0.98;大多数条目与所属维度相关性比与其他维度强;提取特征根大于1的因子共5个,总方差贡献率71.04%;证实性因子分析得卡方与自由度比值3.25,近似误差均方根0.10,相对拟合指数0.83。结论医务人员工作满意度量表有较好的可行性、信度及效度,可用于测量新医改后医务人员的工作满意度。
Objective To prepare and evaluate the job satisfaction scale of medical staff after the new medical reform. Methods According to the scale development steps to develop scales. To investigate the job satisfaction of 230 medical workers in Guangzhou and analyze their reliability and validity. The results scale consisted of 35 items in 5 dimensions. The overall response rate was 97.8%. The total deletion rate was 3.4%. The total Cronbach’s coefficient was 0.98. Most of the items were more correlated with their dimensions than other dimensions. Five factors with eigenvalues greater than 1 were extracted. The total variance contribution rate 71.04%. The confirmatory factor analysis showed that the ratio of chi-square to degrees of freedom was 3.25, the root-mean-square error of approximation was 0.10, and the relative fitting index was 0.83. Conclusion The medical staff satisfaction scale has better feasibility, reliability and validity and can be used to measure the job satisfaction of medical staff after the new medical reform.
