屡屡发生的酒类产品质量事件,一次次将中国酒业推上了风头浪尖,公众对酒类产品的信任危机也一次次为中国酒业敲响了警钟。食品安全是事关人民群众切身利益的大事,是一个全社会都在关注、并应该关注的话题。如今,诚信的缺失、道德的滑坡、监管的失声、标准的滞后,食品安全问题一次次拷问着监管者和企业家的良心,动摇着消费者对本应散发醇香美酒的信心。
Repeatedly occurred in the quality of alcohol products, time and again to the Chinese wine industry onto the limelight, the public confidence in the crisis of alcohol products, again and again for the Chinese liquor industry has sounded the alarm. Food safety is a major event that concerns the immediate interests of the people and is a topic of concern to all people in the society and should be paid attention to. Today, lack of integrity, moral decline, lack of regulation, lagging standards and food safety issues repeatedly question the conscience of regulators and entrepreneurs and shake consumers’ confidence in the beauty and wine that should have been exuded.
