凡是建立了以厂长(经理)为中心领导班子的乡镇企业中,一般设有厂长(经理),党委或党支部书记,副厂长等领导职线。如何按照德才兼备和干部“四化”原则,组织配备好最佳、多维、精干、效能的企业领导班子,不仅是社会化大生产的必然需要,而且也是乡镇企业自身建设与发展的客观要求。因此,本文笔者根据自己的学习和实践,试图就乡镇企业领导班子“异质结构”的构成浅谈如下:
