目的调查杭州市主城区2015年夏季市售水产品养殖水肠道致病菌污染情况。方法于2015年7—8月选择杭州市滨江区、西湖区、上城区、下城区、江干区和拱墅区,根据城区农贸市场数量和水产品摊位数随机选取10个农贸市场,采集水样200份,另取浙江中医药大学实验室自来水水样1份作为对照。参照肠道致病菌国家标准进行检测。结果 200份水样中有136份检出致病菌(含条件致病菌),检出率为68.00%。其中5份(淡水2份、海水3份)水样检出肠道致病菌,均为副溶血性弧菌。另检出15种致病菌,其中大肠埃希菌检出率最高,为20.50%。不同城区水产养殖水中致病菌(含条件致病菌)检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。水产养殖水中淡水致病菌(含条件致病菌)检出率为75.00%,高于海水的61.00%(P<0.05)。虾类、蟹类、鱼类和贝类水产品养殖水中致病菌(含条件致病菌)检出率分别为91.89%、76.19%、64.95%和51.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论杭州市主城区市售水产品养殖水肠道致病菌主要为副溶血性弧菌;应重点加强淡水和虾类水产品养殖水的致病菌检测。
Objective To investigate the contamination of enteric pathogenic bacteria in aquatic aquaculture water in the main urban area of Hangzhou City in summer of 2015. Methods From July to August 2015, Binjiang District, Xihu District, Shangcheng District, Xiacheng District, Jianggan District and Gongshu District of Hangzhou were selected. Ten farmers markets were randomly selected according to the number of farmers’ markets and the number of stalls for aquatic products in the city. Water samples 200 copies, take another Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine laboratory tap water samples as a control. Reference to enteric pathogens national standards for testing. Results Of the 200 water samples, 136 were detected pathogenic bacteria (including pathogenic bacteria), the detection rate was 68.00%. Of which 5 (fresh water 2, sea water 3) water samples were detected intestinal pathogens, are Vibrio parahaemolyticus. The other 15 kinds of pathogens were detected, of which the highest detection rate of Escherichia coli was 20.50%. The detection rate of pathogenic bacteria (including pathogenic bacteria) in aquaculture water in different urban areas was significantly different (P <0.05). The detection rate of freshwater pathogenic bacteria (including pathogenic bacteria) in aquaculture water was 75.00%, higher than 61.00% of the seawater (P <0.05). The detection rates of pathogenic bacteria (including pathogenic bacteria) in aquaculture water of shrimp, crab, fish and shellfish were 91.89%, 76.19%, 64.95% and 51.11%, respectively, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion The pathogenic bacteria in aquaculture aquaculture market in Hangzhou are mainly Vibrio parahaemolyticus. The detection of pathogenic bacteria in freshwater and shrimp aquaculture water should be emphasized.
