目前,各地小氮肥厂的设备腐蚀严重,寿命很短,由此造成材料消耗量较大,经初步试验认为,碳素钢渗铝材料(渗铝钢)对氨和碳酸氢铵有较好的抗腐蚀性能,将渗铝钢应用于氮肥生产线上的易腐设备与零件上,不但可以提高其使用寿命,而且还可以部分代替不锈钢. 一、液体渗铝工艺流程及规范1.除油:先用汽油粗除油,然后进行化学除油. 化学除油液配方: 氢氧化钠25~30% 碳酸钠15~20% 温度80~100℃时间20~30分钟2.冲洗:用流动水仔细冲洗掉污渣. 3.酸洗去锈:经机加工的零件用1:1
