目的探讨肿瘤患者消化道假丝酵母菌属的感染情况,分析感染发生的危险因素,为临床预防该病的发生提供参考。方法选取2009年1月-2012年1月经病理证实为恶性肿瘤的患者90例,其中发生消化道假丝酵母菌属感染的患者19例,共23例次,对其临床资料进行分析。结果消化道假丝酵母菌属易感染部位为食道(39.13%)和口腔(26.09%);以白色假丝酵母菌所占比例最高,占69.57%,其次为光滑假丝酵母菌,占17.39%;年龄、肿瘤分期、外周血白细胞计数及季节为肿瘤患者发生消化道假丝酵母菌属感染的主要危险因素(P<0.05)。结论恶性肿瘤患者消化道假丝酵母菌属感染发生率较高,年龄、肿瘤分期、外周血白细胞计数及季节为其主要危险因素,应对此加强监控。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of Candida in the digestive tract of patients with cancer and to analyze the risk factors of infection and provide a reference for the prevention of the disease. Methods Ninety patients with pathologically confirmed malignant tumors from January 2009 to January 2012 were selected. Among them, 19 cases were diagnosed as Candida albicans infection, with a total of 23 cases, and their clinical data were analyzed. Results Candida albicans was predominantly in the esophagus (39.13%) and oral cavity (26.09%), with Candida albicans accounting for 69.57%, followed by Candida glabrata (17.39% ; Age, tumor stage, peripheral blood leukocyte count and seasons were the main risk factors of gastrointestinal Candida infections in patients with cancer (P <0.05). Conclusions The incidence of Candida in the digestive tract of patients with malignant tumor is high, and the age, tumor stage, peripheral blood leukocyte count and season are the main risk factors, which should be monitored intensively.
