攻击性防守中的抢、打、断球技术是一种行之有效的破坏性很强的防守方法。它的广泛运用体现出了篮球运动对抗性强的固有特点。中国女篮在第十二届亚运会女篮比赛的部分场次中遭受惨败，与没能广泛、成功地运用这种防守方法不无关系。这也反映出我国篮球训练对其重视不够的弱点
Offensive defense in the grab, hit, break the ball technology is a proven effective destructive defense. Its widespread use reflects the inherent characteristics of basketball confrontation. Chinese women’s basketball team suffered a fiasco in some of the games in the 12th Asian Games women’s basketball competition. It is not unrelated with the failure to extensively and successfully apply this method of defense. This also reflects the inadequacy of basketball training our weaknesses
