利用超临界流体干燥法在无机盐-有机溶剂体系制备大孔、高表面积超细氧化铝的过程已在前文中报道。本文主要研究了超临界流体干燥过程中使用的溶剂、铝溶液的浓度、水量及操作压力等制备条件对产物性质的影响。发现低铝浓度、水解时相对低的水含量、低的操作压力均有利于制得大孔、高表面积氧化铝。
The use of supercritical fluid drying method in the inorganic salt - organic solvent system for the preparation of macroporous, high surface area ultrafine alumina has been reported earlier. In this paper, the effects of preparation conditions such as the concentration of solvent, the concentration of aluminum solution, the amount of water and the operating pressure on the properties of the product were studied in the process of drying the supercritical fluid. It was found that low concentration of aluminum, relatively low water content during hydrolysis, and low operating pressure all contribute to the preparation of macroporous, high surface area alumina.
