使用气相色谱及色谱 -质谱联用仪对由低碳烃直接合成芳烃的液相产物进行了全分析。色谱分析结果表明 ,液体产物中非芳烃 <0 .2 % ,BTX占 90 %以上 ,双环芳烃约 7% ,其余 2 %~ 3 %为多甲基苯。GC/MS对液体产品的定性和半定量分析表明 ,微量杂质为稠环芳烃 ,总量不超过 0 .2 %。对1 0 0ml反应装置丙烷芳构化液体产物进行简单蒸馏切割成苯、甲苯、二甲苯等几个馏分 ,并对其中的苯馏分进一步作了 40块理论塔板的精密蒸馏 ,对所得精苯测定结晶点为 5.47℃ ,达到国家标准。以丙烷芳构化为例 ,每吨原料可得精苯近 1 3 0kg。为该过程的开发利用提供基础数据。
Liquid-phase products of the direct synthesis of aromatic hydrocarbons from low-carbon hydrocarbons were fully analyzed using gas chromatography and mass spectrometry. The results of chromatographic analysis showed that non-aromatic hydrocarbons were less than 0.2%, BTX accounted for more than 90%, bicyclic aromatic hydrocarbons about 7% and the remaining 2% -3% were polymethylbenzene.
