目的:建立高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法测定鹿尾补肾丸中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法:采用C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(36:64)为流动相;蒸发光散射检测器漂移管温度:105℃,载气(氮气)流量:2.8 L/min;柱温:30~40℃。结果:黄芪甲苷在0.306~3.570μg范围内进样量对数与峰面积对数线性关系良好,r=0.9994,平均回收率101.0%,RSD=5.3%(n=6)。结论:本方法新颖、灵敏、快速、准确,可用于鹿尾补肾丸的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC-evaporative light scattering detection method for the determination of astragaloside IV in Luwei Bushen Pills. Method: C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-water (36:64) as mobile phase; evaporative light scattering detector drift tube temperature: 105°C, carrier gas (nitrogen) flow rate: 2.8 L/ Min; column temperature: 30 ~ 40 °C. RESULTS: The logarithmic linear relationship between logarithm and peak area of astragaloside IV in the range of 0.306 to 3.570 μg was good, r=0.9994, average recovery was 101.0%, and RSD was 5.3% (n=6). Conclusion: This method is novel, sensitive, rapid and accurate and can be used for quality control of Luwei Bushen Pill.
