褚宏启教授,1967年生,1996年破格晋升为副教授,2000年破格晋升为教授,次年获得博士研究生导师资格。现任教育管理学院院长、全国中小学校长培训专家委员会主任、教育部小学校长培训中心主任等职。主要从事教育法学、教育政策分析、人力资源管理和教育现代化理论等领域的教学与研究工作。出版个人专著4部,合著多部,发表论文50余篇。“九五”期间承担省部级课题3项,“十五”期间承担国家级课题1项,省部级课题2项,国际合作项目1项,横向课题4项。主要著作有《杜威教育思想引论》、《走出中世纪——文艺复兴时代的教育情怀》、《教育现代化的路径》、《学校法律问题分析》等。
Professor Hongqi Qi, born in 1967, was promoted to the rank of associate professor in 1996. He was promoted to the rank of professor in 2000 and qualified as a doctoral tutor the following year. He currently serves as Dean of the School of Education and Management, Director of the National Association of Primary and Secondary School Heads Training Experts, and Director of the Training Center for Primary School Principals of the Ministry of Education. It is mainly engaged in teaching and research in areas such as educational law, education policy analysis, human resources management, and educational modernization theory. He has published 4 monographs and co-authored more than 50 papers. During the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” period, 3 provincial and ministerial-level issues were undertaken, and during the “10th Five-Year Plan” period, 1 national-level project, 2 provincial- and ministerial-level projects, 1 international cooperation project, and 4 horizontal projects were undertaken. His major works include “Introduction to Dewey’s Educational Thoughts,” “Out of the Middle Ages - The Emotion of Education in the Renaissance Age,” “The Path to Education Modernization,” and “Analysis of School Legal Problems.”
