在20年的新闻宣传工作实践中,北京市东城区探索出一条通过建立选题征集、新闻发布、新闻应急和干部培训四大长效机制,调动全区各单位新闻宣传积极性,有效地提高了政府的传播能力。
In the 20 years of press propaganda and practice, Dongcheng District in Beijing has explored a long-term mechanism of collecting, press release, news emergency and cadre training through mobilization of the enthusiasm of news propaganda of all units in all districts and effectively raised Government’s ability to communicate.
