[目的]全面了解柳州市居民主要消费食品中食源性致病菌的污染情况,有效遏制食物中毒及相关食源性疾病的暴发。[方法]2006~2008年的6~10月,在柳州市辖区内主要农贸市场和大型超市采集5大类食品进行常见食源性致病菌检测。[结果]合计检测209份食品,检出目标菌48株,检出率为22.97%。其中,水产品、生肉类、熟肉制品等即食食品、生食蔬菜、速冻面米食品检出率分别为63.33%、28.57%、8.00%、5.88%、12.00%;2006~2008年检出率分别为40.32%、15.58%、15.71%;沙门菌、副溶血性弧菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、O157:H7、单增李斯特菌、弯曲菌检出率分别为12.44%、7.66%、2.39%、0.48%、0.48%、0.00%。[结论]柳州市居民主要消费食品中食源性致病菌污染较严重。
[Objective] To understand the pollution situation of food-borne pathogenic bacteria in the main consuming food of Liuzhou residents in an all-round way, effectively curb the outbreak of food poisoning and related food-borne diseases. [Method] From June to October from 2006 to 2008, five major foodstuffs were collected from major farmers’ markets and large supermarkets in Liuzhou municipality for the detection of common food-borne pathogens. [Result] A total of 209 food samples were detected and 48 strains were detected, the detection rate was 22.97%. Among them, aquatic products, raw meat, cooked meat products and other ready-to-eat foods, raw vegetables, quick-frozen noodles rice food detection rates were 63.33%, 28.57%, 8.0%, 5.88%, 12.00%; 2006 ~ 2008 detection rate Respectively. The detection rates of Salmonella, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Staphylococcus aureus, O157: H7, Listeria monocytogenes and Campylobacter were 12.44%, 7.66% and 2.39% , 0.48%, 0.48%, 0.00%. [Conclusion] The food-borne pathogenic bacteria in the main consuming food of residents in Liuzhou are more polluted.
